Dr. Khuram Shahzad joined the Institute in 2013 and has more than decade of experience in security and protocol matters. He has received trainings in urban search and rescue, advanced firefighting, first aid, disaster management, height and depth rescue. He holds a Ph.D. in botany followed by M.Sc and M.Phil degrees from University of Sargodha, along with B.Ed and M.Ed degrees.
